We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We only collect or process information that is necessary to fulfil your order, provide customer service, or meet our legal obligations. We do not add customers to mailing lists without their explicit consent, and we do not sell, share or use your personal information for marketing or other unrelated purposes. Personal information is kept only for as long as is necessary or legally required and is then securely deleted or disposed of in accordance with applicable UK GDPR and data protection requirements. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, such as Wix Payments or PayPal, depending on the payment method you choose. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; payment information is handled securely by the relevant payment provider in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched as soon as possible, with all shipments sent using a tracked service for added peace of mind. UK orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. International orders may take slightly longer to arrive, including orders to the USA, due to international transit times, customs processing and clearance procedures outside of our control. We always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible and will provide tracking information so you can follow its journey.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item or request a refund, that’s absolutely fine. Please get in touch with us first so we can help arrange your return. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service when sending an item back. If there is ever a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will always do our best to help and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  Please consider this before placing any orders.
