Monsters on
a mission.
At Mood Monsters, we believe that being different isn’t something that needs to be hidden, fixed, or faced alone. Somewhere beyond the stars, across six distant and very different planets, a call went out from the Cosmic Council. Planet Earth needed a little extra help. Too many people were feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, anxious, different, or simply alone — and so six very special monsters answered the call. Joiboy, Hugbo, Mochi, Bram, Moona & Twink, and Wizzie each left their own world behind and journeyed across the cosmos with one shared mission: to stand beside anyone who needs a little support, courage, comfort, or reminder that it’s okay to experience the world differently. Whether you live with ADHD, autism, anxiety, neurodivergence or simply difficult days, the Mood Monsters are here to remind you that you don’t have to face those moments on your own.

Each Mood Monster has now found a way to stay with you wherever life takes you — by becoming part of a bracelet you can wear every day. Every bracelet is carefully crafted using bespoke beads created specifically for its character, with two unique Mood Monster beads alternating between different features, expressions, or poses. They aren’t intended to be just another accessory. Each little monster has its own personality, its own story, and its own way of reminding you that whatever you’re feeling is allowed to be there. On the easy days, your Mood Monster can simply be something colourful, fun and a little bit different. But on the difficult days, we hope it can mean much more.
The Real Story Behind Mood Monsters

Behind the monsters, planets and Cosmic Council is something very real and very personal to me.
I have ADHD and have spent much of my life struggling with it, with traits and experiences I associate with autism (only if accurate) and the challenges that can come with experiencing and processing the world differently. There have been times when things other people seemed to find simple felt incredibly difficult to me. Times when my mind felt too busy, when I struggled to focus or switch off, when I felt overwhelmed, misunderstood or simply different from the people around me. And one of the hardest parts of those experiences can be the feeling that you are facing them by yourself.

That is why I created Mood Monsters.

These bracelets were made for anyone who has ever felt like that.

I wanted to create something small enough to wear every day, yet meaningful enough to carry a personal message. A colourful little character you can see and touch, reminding you of individuality, friendship and the importance of being kind to yourself.

A reminder that you are not alone.

Maybe your Mood Monster can't make every difficult feeling disappear — and that's not what we're promising. But perhaps it can remind you to take another breath. To give yourself another moment. To find a little courage when you're nervous, a little strength when you're struggling, or a little comfort when everything feels overwhelming.

Mood Monsters were created from my own experiences, but they aren't only for people with ADHD or autism. They're for anyone who has ever felt anxious. Anyone who has ever struggled to fit in. Anyone whose brain seems to work a little differently. Anyone going through a difficult period. Anyone who sometimes needs something tangible to hold onto and remind them that it's okay to ask for help, it's okay to need support, and it's okay to be exactly who they are.

Our monsters may have come from different planets, but that's rather the point.
Different worlds. Different personalities. Different feelings. One mission.

To bring a little more colour, comfort, courage and companionship to Planet Earth — one wrist at a time.

Meet your monster. Wear your mood. And wherever your journey takes you, remember: you don't have to travel through it alone.
